UNIT FOR IRONING PANTS

The automatic unit provides ironing and drying of damp garments by means of superheated air and steam.

The automatic unit includes the following 4 work stations:

a. loading station

b. steam and blowing station

c. blowing station

d. Blowing and unloading station

The automatic unit has the following features and is completed by:

* control and programming system by PLC programmer controlled by 7″ colour screen

* basin-shaped forms (tension is exerted on the sides of the pelvis of the trousers)

* trolley for leg tension with mechanical adjustment to be able to iron both shorts/baby trousers and maximum sizes for men (possibility of adjusting the leg size by changing the loading position upwards)

* pneumatic adjustment of leg and pelvis tension with position locking sensor

* ball joint locking device

* rear strap locking device

* blowing with electric fan

* air heating for blowing

* electronic programming of steaming times, blowing delay, blowing and early opening of the clamps

* piece counter

* predisposition for air conditioning of the ironing machine, to be connected to a suction system
